Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we only ship out our orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure you get the freshest product possible. For example, if you place your order from Wednesday to Friday, we will ship your order the following Monday or Tuesday.
Your order will arrive at a refrigerated temperature. It is best to refrigerate upon arrival. (or freeze if not using within a week)
Shipping times will vary based on multiple factors from time of year to what shipping option you selected at checkout. More information on shipping times and rates are listed below.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Please Note: We are currently unable to offer free shipping. We hope to offer it in the near future.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer 2-4 day shipping through UPSP Priority Mail. The shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. This is our best value shipping option. If you need your order faster, we offer 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air through UPS.
If you selected USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option, you should expect to receive it within 2-4 business days. If you selected UPS 3 Day Select, your order should arrive in 3 days If you selected UPS 2nd Day Air, your order should arrive in 2 days.
We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possibly. If you have any questions about shipping options and/or prices, please reach out to use by email.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Bluegrass Local . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 12pm Friday . Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to countries outside the USA. We hope to offer international shipping in the coming years.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 2-5 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@viandeco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We cannot ship to P.O boxes
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at info@viandeco.com or fill out our contact form here. We handle all refunds, returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@viandeco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
